Frank Grimes graduated..from Temple University in 1981 with a B.S. degree in Accounting. Subsequently, he entered the Temple University Law School and graduated with a J.D. in 1991. Mr. Grimes is also a registered CPA 

He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association,  the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys, the Debt Buyers Association and is a registered Builder in the State of New Jersey.

Mr. Grimes joined the law firm in 2001 as a partner to form the new firm of Stock & Grimes, LLP

In addition to debt collection, Mr. Grimes’s practice includes estate and trust law, personal injury, real estate, commercial and civil litigation. .

Edward Stock graduated from Temple University in 1958 with a B.S. degree in Business Administration. Subsequently, he entered the Temple University Law School and graduated with an L.L.B. in 1962. He established the debt collections firm of Edward Stock, P.C. in 1968. In 2001, this firm became the partnership of Stock & Grimes, LLP.

He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.

In addition to debt collection, Mr. Stock’s practice includes estate law, personal injury and creditor’s rights.
